Lagarde became the first female chairman of the international law firm Baker & McKenzie. On 16 November 2009, the Financial Times ranked her the best Minister of Finance in the Eurozone.

MEET THE NEW KENYA AIRWAYS CEO MBUVI NGUNZE

On the 25 June 2014 outgoing CEO of Kenya Airways Titus Naikuni announced that he will be replaced by Mbuvi Ngunze who is been acting as COO since 2011. Naikuni was quoted by the Kenyans Daily Nation as saying: "I think Mr Ngunze will set the pace for growth of the company and its personal. I would like to confirm that the board will lend its full support to Mr Mbuvi Ngunze in leading all of the KQ team in running the company's business."

CALL BY NIGERIANS TO VOTE IN SA REJECTED

Clayson Monyela is an African professional who is South Africa's head of Public Diplomacy a BrandSA Board Trustee and Chairman of Ubuntu Radio. He dismissed demands by Nigerians to participate in future South African elections.

In an interview, he said such demands by Nigerians were "ridiculous" and "unacceptable."

Arguing that the idea would never be tolerated, Monyela challenged Nigerians living in South Africa to understand bilateral agreements and trade relations.
